“If we’ve learned anything from last year, it’s that we’re all stronger together. We’re incredibly proud of this collaboration between the three organizations,” said Dave Putnam, director of the Miracle League of Southeastern Connecticut.

One lucky winner will win a 2020 Toyota GR-Supra 3.0 Premium, valued at $56,140.00, courtesy of Girard Toyota of New London. The fundraiser kicks-off on May 15, 2021, at the Niantic Main Street Vintage Market and ends on August 20, 2021. There will be a drawing at 7 p.m. that day at the McCook Point Park Concert to determine who wins the car.

“I am delighted to be partnering with two great local organizations. We are all committed to making our community a better place and the proceeds from this raffle will help us carry out that mission,” said Holly Cheeseman, executive director of the Niantic Children’s Museum.

Tickets are $100 and are available online at NianticKids.org, mlsect.org or NianticMainStreet.org. In-person tickets will be available at East Lyme Parks & Recreation Office and many events held throughout the summer including the Niantic Farmers Market. Only 2,021 tickets will be sold.

“All of us here at Girard Toyota want to do our part to help our community and empower the mission of not one, but three wonderful organizations,” said Marc Antonino, general manager at Girard Toyota.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will help benefit Phase II of The Miracle League of Southeastern CT’s sports field, new exhibits and renovations for the Niantic Children’s Museum and Niantic Main Street’s new downtown art initiative.
