Tony D’s Craft Creamery originated in Niantic, CT producing super premium ice cream. Their mix is locally-sourced with 16% milk fat creating a delicious and smooth blend of artisanal flavors and combinations. Open seasonally.
Located 2 miles east of Rocky Neck State Park, McCooks (as the locals call it) is a town-owned park with picnic areas, a pavilion, a children’s playground, restrooms with outdoor showers and two white-sand beaches. Concerts are held on the beach and the bandshell during the summer season. Passes are required to enter the park between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Perfect for swimming and sunbathing, the fun-sized Hole in the Wall Beach is accessed through a short tunnel under the railroad tracks. Parking is available on Baptist Lane, and passes are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Restrooms are available in the parking area.
Niantic’s top attraction stretches 1.1 miles along the waters of Long Island Sound, from Cini Park to Hole-in-the Wall beach. Parking is available at either end. Come for a stroll, then check out the shops and restaurants in our village.

Rocky Neck State Park, off Exit 72 of I-95, is ideal for swimming, fishing, hiking and camping. Fees are charged during the summer season. The park is a quick 2 mile drive from the Village of Niantic.
